Our middle school student development philosophy is constructed around the idea that our young people have a idea of where they want to go, but they do not yet know how to get there. These talented students will often be pulled in many directions, and they will acquire a wide variety of experiences. These experiences should be compiled in a comprehensive document, to be given to anyone who can assist the student along his/her path to success. A résumé is a document that lists accomplishments and accolades, written by someone seeking employment. Our young students are not job seekers just yet, but their résumés reflect the variety and specification of their training.

Admissions representatives from various private Secondary Schools (High School) have told us that they are no longer searching for the student with the highest GPA; they want to diversify their school communities with students who can add to the culture of the campuses. Our students come from a myriad of ethnic backgrounds and are taught to understand that their ethnicity is a strength, and not a weakness.
